Last appointment with Dr. D

Ron and I went to my regular prenatal appointment with our family doctor this afternoon. Everything is right on track with Lil' Bean - I'm measuring 36cm and that's great because tomorrow I'll be 36 weeks. According to their scales, I've put on 9lbs since my last appointment there (a month ago)...guess it's about time I started gaining more weight. hehe The heartbeat was 160 today - quite high....wonder if it's a girl! Either way, it doesn't matter to us - we just want a healthy baby.

After the appointment we went to visit my Dad (my Mom is away visiting her family this week) and we had an awesome dinner and then went for another swim. We have been going there every day pretty much. It's nice though because the water helps my swollen feet and I can get some exercise in the pool, too.

Tomorrow I'm going to the hospital to pre-register. It's a 2 hour appointment with a nurse to go over all of the paperwork. I have most of it filled out so maybe it won't take the full 2 hours.
